Tarte Flambee

Ingredients

200 g Flour
0.125 l Water
2 TS Oil
  Salt
200 g Creme Fraiche
200 g Onions
100 g Bacon
1 shot Cream

Cooking

  • Form a dough from flour, oil, water and salt.
  • Mix creme fraiche with cream.
  • Roll out dough very thin and apply the creme fraiche to it.
  • Apply onions and bacon.
  • Put into oven for 15-20 minutes.
